Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of employee literacy on Inhealth Independent Insurance services and the influence of employee literacy on the use of health services at Bunda Thamrin Hospital Medan. This research approach uses a quantitative approach, the population is all permanent employees at PT. Aica Mugi Medan has a total of 41 employees, The sample technique uses saturated sampling where the entire population is used as a research sample. The data analysis used was PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model) with the help of the SmartPLS 4 application. The results of the hypothesis test showed that employee literacy had a significant effect on Mandiri Inhealth's insurance services and Employee literacy has a significant effect on the utilization of health services at Bunda Thamrin Hospital Medan. Employees are advised to increase their literacy regarding Mandiri Inhealth insurance so they can better understand its benefits and make optimal use of health services at RSU Bunda Thamrin Medan.
