Analisis dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Pakaian Custom Berbasis Website pada PT Gaya Mandiri

Abstract

The development of information technology has driven the digitization of business processes in various sectors, including the garment industry. PT Gaya Mandiri, as a provider of custom clothing services such as work uniforms and school uniforms, still relies on manual processes for order recording and management. This has led to various challenges, including the risk of data errors, production delays, and limited information for customers. This study aims to analyze system requirements and design a web-based order information system to enhance efficiency and accuracy of services at PT Gaya Mandiri. The system design was conducted using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach, with a prototype developed using PHP and MySQL technologies. The system is designed to facilitate online ordering, customer data and order management, as well as integrated production process monitoring. The results of the study indicate that the developed system can improve service speed, reduce error rates, and provide a better experience for customers. Thus, the implementation of this system is expected to strengthen the company's competitiveness in facing the dynamics of the custom fashion industry in the digital era.
