Pengaruh Teknologi Wearable dan Media Digital Interaktif terhadap Keterampilan Motorik dan Literasi Fisik

The integration of digital technology in physical education offers new opportunities to support students’ motor skill development and physical literacy. However, the use of wearable technology and interactive digital media in physical education teacher education remains limited, particularly in preparing prospective physical education teachers. This study aims to examine the effect of wearable technology and interactive digital media on the motor skills and physical literacy of Physical Education, Health, and Recreation (PJKR) students. This study employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test control group design. Participants are PJKR students divided into experimental and control groups. Data are collected through motor skill tests, physical literacy questionnaires, and physical activity data obtained from wearable devices. Data are analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics to examine changes within and between groups. The expected findings indicate that the integration of wearable technology and interactive digital media can support motor skill development, increase physical literacy, and encourage more active and data-informed learning. The study implies that technology-integrated physical education can be developed as an innovative learning approach for strengthening the competencies of prospective physical education teachers.
